AT THE GAS WORKS IN QUEENS ROAD HASTINGS

DURING THE YEARS OF 1892 -3.

Gasometers being built at Queens Road Gas works between 1892/3. (Although the plaques (in later pictures) on the side of the gasometer show the date of 1889, this is when all materials were ordered and cast, not when built!) This is picture No. 1.
